1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any products or services provided by EasyHub Tech LTD ("Company," "we," "our"), including but not limited to StyleOS and our website at easyhubtech.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products or services.

2. Description of Services

EasyHub Tech LTD develops and operates digital products for business management, commerce, and productivity. Our current products include StyleOS, a fashion business management application for iOS. We may offer additional products and services in the future.

3. User Accounts

Some of our products may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of our products are available through paid subscriptions. Subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into our applications, including but not limited to client information, business records, and financial data. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use our products to transmit viruses or other harmful code
• Interfere with the proper operation of our products

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our products — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of EasyHub Tech LTD and are protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyHub Tech LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use our products at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our products at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our products ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ogun State, Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
